Sunday/Monday - Closed
Tuesday/Wednesday - 11:00am - 7:00pm
Thursday/Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday - 8:00am - 4:00pm |
| Duties: | Our Technical Supervisors are responsible for the initial and on-going training of all Stylists/Technicians ensuring proper techniques are adhered to. In addition, the Technical Supervisor provides guidance to Center Manager and Corporate staff on technical matters.
Designs and conducts initial Stylist training.
Provides follow up training for the centers Stylists, ensuring that Company technical standards are adhered to.
When needed, provide technical evaluations of Stylists to assist Center Manager, making recommendations when corrective measures are required.
Assists the Center Manager and the Sales staff in motivating the Stylists to actively promote conversions and upgrades to achieve company standards, including Retail Sales and Education.
Prepares objectives for technical team and monitors results on a quarterly and annual basis.

| Qualifications: | You must have a current MO Cosmetology license to be considered for this job.
Must have 2 years supervisory experience.
